No, an ofiz account can be used by residents of any country worldwide.

Can I use my ofiz address as my registered office?
Yes, you can use your ofiz address as the registered office of your company. Please contact us in advance of using your new London Virtual Office address as your registered office address as UK company law requires you to keep certain documents available for inspection at your registered office and we need to ensure that these documents are correctly stored for you.

Are there any restrictions on the postal service?
The ofiz.com postal mail service is designed for normal business correspondence. It is not suitable for receipt of large volumes of inbound mail resulting from, for example, advertising campaigns or mailshots. We ask for prior notice when large items of post are expected, so that we can arrange to store them for you.

The minimum contract period is one month, after which time you can cancel with just one month's notice.
